The ideal Account Manager will rock our clients’ world by:

- Working seamlessly with Sales to provide responsive, high quality end-to-end support
- Ramping up new clients for a smooth pre-campaign on-boarding process
- Providing them with creative, out-of-the box solutions to meet campaign objectives and optimize effectiveness
- Delivering key actionable analytics reports
- Enticing them to become repeat clients through a great campaign experience and providing insightful recommendations for upcoming campaigns

The Account Manager’s responsibilities also include:
-
- Partnering closely with Sales on the RFP / proposal process
- Applying and building out the appropriate interest graph targeting specifications
- Writing creative ad copy that fits the campaign’s strategy
- Launching campaigns in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring that campaigns deliver in full, targets are met, and campaign objectives are reached
- Tying internal metrics with 3rd party tools for robust insights analyses
- Creating case studies highlighting our capabilities and clients’ success stories
- Liaising with the development team on product-related improvements and client feedback
- Discovering and leading continuous improvements related to the product, team processes, and the company’s strategic direction

Qualifications
-
- 2+ years experience with online media in a planning or analyst role
- Strong analytics background, including advanced knowledge of Excel and data manipulation tools
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work easily in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- A go-getter who is not afraid of taking calculated risks to exceed expectations
- Attention to detail, well-organized, and positive
- Can multi-task and manage several different projects simultaneously
- Comfort with SQL
